Alright, there is no prize. However, one week after the close of the 2013 Conservative Political Action Conference, its clear that one speech wins the award for its ability to grab people’s attention the internet.

Former Governor Sarah Palin’s speech currently has 222,693 hits on The American Conservative Union’s YouTube channel, and many more from other video sources as well. The highlight for many came when Palin reached down and pulled out a Big Gulp and started drinking. “Bloomberg is not around, our Big Gulps are safe. We’re cool. Shoot, it’s just pop with low-cal ice-cubes in it,” said Palin as the crowd roared. View her entire speech here:

Taking the number of views strictly from the official ACU YouTube channel, the next most popular speech was delivered by Dr. Ben Carson. Carson is a pediatric neurosurgeon and rumored soon-to-be political figure, who became a household name after speaking truth to power at the National Prayer Breakfast while standing next to President Barack Obama.
